Counselling and Psychotherapy

Counselling enables individuals, couples and groups to develop awareness, options and skills for managing problems and for their own personal development.

In counselling, I work with your strengths and resources, helping you achieve your goals.

In psychotherapy, I work more deeply with subconscious conditioning and unconscious processes to help unlock recurring patterns and challenging feelings. This work is carried out within the context of developing trust over months. The work is often deeper and it is usual for people to attend at least once a week.
